SAVOR Program Application

Description

This form is used to apply for CSC's SAVOR program which is intended to provide schools facing extreme financial hardship the opportunity to participate in our Stage2 programming. Through this form, schools are able to apply for assistance with transportation costs for attending Romeo & Juliet in May 2026. Please note that funding is limited so we ask you to help us reserve these resources for the schools MOST in need. If you are applying for our SAVOR program, please make sure you have also submitted your Ticket Request Form which can be found on our website.
