2023 Apprentice Program Roommate Survey

This form is to help us gain some information to pair you with a roommate for the summer. All information on this form will remain confidential to the Academy Director, Artistic Programs Manager and Management and Programming Coordinator; however, we will encourage you to share answers with your assigned roommate to facilitate a positive living environment. A reminder that Suffolk Housing is suite style with each student having their own bedroom and sharing a bathroom and small common space. *
