Please share your bio here (max 50 words- may be shared publicly)Schedule Conflicts: Our schedule will be roughly 9am-6pm Monday through Thursday and 9am-9pm Fridays until tech week of our showcase performances, where we will switch to a Monday-off AEA schedule (approximately July 11.). Students who choose to take part in the front-of-house work study will have some additional evening and weekend commitments and it is possible other activities will extend outside of these hours. A full calendar with clear days off will be released in the spring, though some of your schedule will be dependent on which showcase you are cast in. Conflicts of any kind are discouraged in your 8-week intensive so that you can be fully present for training for yourself and your scene partners and castmates. PLEASE LET US KNOW OF ANY AND ALL CONFLICTS BETWEEN JUNE 12-AUGUST 8, 2022 so that we may suss out if these will be disruptive to your cast/scene mates. If we determine a conflict is not possible to accommodate, we may offer an extention of your deferral to summer 2023. *What Verse Shakespeare monologue would you like to work on this summer? *This should be a new monologue that you have not worked on before. Please include the play, character name, act/scene and first line. The only requirement is that this be a verse monologue rather than prose. Please feel free to select any monologue from Shakespeare's works regardless of gender/"type". You might consider choosing a selection close-ish to your age range (for example: not King Lear) so that this monologue can be relevant to you near-term and we ask that you also be mindful of character race where appropriate (for example: Othello).
